'Some people have compared Tanvi to Smita Patil'
Everyone on the sets were so supportive," Tanvi's mother Sharmila says. "Tanvi did not have to do any obscene scene. Even after watching the film, Tanvi did not fully understand what her character goes through. Danny Boyle was like a father to her and Lovleen was like mother.
"All those who have seen her performance say that she looks so kiddish. But then she plays an intense character in the film that is marvellous. Some have even compared her to Smita Patil. That feels really good," Sharmila adds proudly.
