Sanjay Gupta, Sanjay Dutt's business partner and close friend, once declared: 'Karan Johar cannot make films without Shah Rukh Khan and I cannot make films without Sanjay Dutt.' The dosti didn't last long after Gupta's boast.

After Gupta's film, Shootout At Lokhandwala, became a hit, Dutt, who is said to be one of the most generous stars in Bollywood, learnt that the producer had reportedly not paid the crew.

Some alleged that Gupta had signed some actors for lesser amounts, claiming that the film was actually produced by Dutt.

Though Gupta angrily denied the charges, Sanjubaba issued a statement distancing himself from their production house, White Feather Films. He also dropped out of Gupta's film, Alibaug.

The once-thicker-than-KJO&SRK buddies don't talk anymore.
