It's the clash of the two Kumars at the box office this weekend. Both Ajay and Prem have lover boy images in the Kannada film industry.
Both these actors also made their debut around the same time and have faced almost similar rise and fall in their career graphs.
And now both of them need a hit badly. Their latest films hitting the screens on April 3 are said to be family entertainers with strong focus on sentiment gelled with loads of comedy and a little bit of action.
First up we take a look at Prem Kumar's Ghauththam (yes, that is the spelling!) which is directed by debutant director Rajeev Prasad.
Synnergy Communications, a corporate company has produced this film. Rajeev Prasad is the son of well known cameraman Krishna Prasad who has worked in many South Indian films earlier. Rajeev, who worked as an associate director to Suresh Krissna, has based his debut film on the Tamil film Aa Haa which was directed by his mentor.
