Starting with Thai Mel Sathyam, Sripriya did lead roles with him in quite a few hits like Annai oru Aalayam, Thanikatturaja and Kaali. But her most successful film with Rajni is Billa.

In Ilamai Oonjaladukirathu, though she was paired with Kamal Haasan, Rajni's anti-hero role in it was applauded.

Sripriya's last film with Rajni was her own production, Nakshathram.
