In Nagesh Kukunoor's acclaimed Dor, two young women become great friends, despite hailing from different parts of the country and coping with trying times.
The story takes you from the lush greenery of Himachal Pradesh to the dry landscape of Jodhpur. The arresting aura of the city is suitably captured through its blue hued houses and golden, barren sands.
Shooting in the desert, however, was no fun and games for the director and his crew because of the scorching sun and nasty sandstorms.
