'The younger generation is my teacher'

After interviewing singers Kunal Ganjawala, Sukhwinder and Rekha Bharadwaj, Sunidhi Chauhan interviewed lyricist-director Gulzar on Radio City 91.1 FM's morning show, Musical-E-Azam.

Chauhan, who played RJ for the first time, claims that she's a huge Gulzar fan. That was quite evident from the way she received the filmmaker with a round of applause.

In the fourth part of our series, rediff.com presents an excerpt from a conversation between Sunidhi, Gulzar and RJ Manish Paul.

Sunidhi Chauhan (clapping): Welcome, Gulzar uncle. It's a pleasure to have you with us on Radio 91.1 FM.

Gulzar: Thank you. I hope people sitting in their cars and listening to radio do not take a cue from you and start clapping or else we will hear news of a major road accident. I am glad to be among youngsters like you. I have lived my entire life with people of my generation. I like to be with youngsters to learn new things. I believe learning never stops.
