Sanjay didn't mind spending money for details. As it is produced by Sanjay himself, he was very adamant in getting everything done perfectly. For example, if the floor had to be polished for a particular shot, he made sure that 20 guys did the job, and did it fast.

Sometimes, we did only three shots a day but he was not bothered about that. He was only bothered about the look of each frame. He wanted each one to be perfect.

Sanjay is a perfectionist. He has made only three films so far, while he could have easily made two-three films a year. He doesn't want to do that, and is very proud of his work. He is one of the most passionate filmmakers I have come across.

He doesn't let a single frame go unnoticed. He changed my perspective in terms of how to look at each frame. I am sure I will feel disturbed if I see others taking things for granted. But I must admit I had also been like that.
