Side Leg Raises for the outer thigh

Stand with your left foot on the left end of the tube and right leg about 3 feet apart on the tube. Hold the right handle of the tube in the left hand. Now slowly lift the right leg up to the side, squeezing the outer thigh and gently lower. Just before you touch the floor, lift up again.

Do 12-16 reps with each leg, rest and repeat.
