Work the triceps (back of the upper arm) and forearm.
Hold the tube in both hands as shown in the illustration. Left hand is up at the left shoulder firmly holding the tube. This arm does not move. The right hand is holding the tube at a 10 to 12 inch distance diagonally downwards, palm facing in. Slowly lower the right arm in a slicing motion, till the elbow is completely extended. Raise the hand up to start position gently.
Do 12-16 reps with each hand, rest and repeat.
