The Nizam's legacy

November 20, 2008
Part of the Chowmahalla, including the Durbar Hall, had been restored and opened to the public in January this year. The restoration of the entire complex, with the various palaces crafted in different architectural styles and a sprawling courtyard with a big fountain, has been completed now.

"The visitors will be able to see the entire Chowmahalla palace, which has been restored to its full glory," said G Kishan Rao, the director of the palace.
