A dangerous mind
The origin of the crime goes back to the year 2000, when Halder unsuccessfully sued the university and its employee Shawn Miller for hacking into his web site.
As the sentencing proceeded, Halder, who was dressed in a gray sports jacket, a white shirt, a sober tie and sported a $150 wig, seldom looked at the jury or witnesses for the defence. On January 17, one of the defence lawyers had told the jury Halder was mentally ill.
