Better known as Tiger Memon.
While Dawood Ibrahim, his brother Anees and close associate Abu Salem are important links in the 1993 Mumbai blasts case, the CBI says Memon was the main conspirator.
According to the Bureau, Memon planned and carried out the blasts with his co-conspirators and fled India immediately before the terrorist attacks.
He is now believed to live in Pakistan.
