Kalam visited injured soldiers at the command hospital in Udhampur.

"Both the doctors and paramedics have great confidence that the injured can be cured. They are doing godly work. The patients have also got a great deal of confidence in the doctors," the President said.

He added that such visits give soldiers the feeling that everybody appreciates their services.
