The participants will express their views in various ways -- through speeches, panel discussions, seminars, paintings, theatre, films, art, sculptures, and some yet to be discovered ones. Enthusiasm is unlimited and government participation nil.

It is almost like a disorganised carnival. Most participants relish the festive atmosphere.
