We had planned the situation as if we were going for a war. The movie has 64 scenes with drama, action and even song and dance routines. There were eight cameras working simultaneously at various points inside a hospital at Kunnamkulam near Thrissur, where the whole shooting took place.

The artists involved took part in the rehearsals while the crew worked for some 30 days or so. The length of the film is about 2 hours and 10 mins.

The entire crew was assigned various duties and the sequences were shot at different locations in the same buliding like the consulting room, reception, operation theatre, terrace and mortuary.
