After finishing her engineering, Anita Udeep chose to be a filmmaker, and went to the United States to learn the craft. One of her unforgettable experiences was getting selected to work with Steven Spielberg on the science fiction series Taken for a year and a half.
She returned to India and made Knock, knock I am going to marry, an Indian English feature film, in 2003.
After six years, she is back with her second feature film, this time in Tamil titled Kulir 100 Degrees.
