'I could never dream of becoming a Bollywood star'

Before you became an actor, you worked as a chef in Bangkok.

I went to Bangkok to train in martial arts. After my training, I returned to India. I could never dream of becoming a Bollywood star. But remember, there's an actor in all of us. I was fortunate to get a break in Bollywood.

The experience of learning martial arts and being a chef will always stay with me. I was taught to work hard and be focused in life. I was taught how to survive under the most difficult and trying times. It taught me to believe in myself.

It is great to have experienced this journey. This is just the beginning, so stay tuned for what will come next.

Tell us about Chandni Chowk to China.

The movie is a comedy, pure entertainment. It's a story of Sidhu, who fights his way to success with his positive attitude and his belief in himself.

Get ready to enjoy chicken tikka and dal makhani with noodles and chowmen. You will experience a fusion of Indian and Chinese culture.

Is this an action movie too?

Of course, there is action. I am able to use my martial art skills to the fullest. I believe this is the first Indian movie with full kung fu action.

The Chinese are born with the martial art of kung fu. I had to learn it as a science, and work really hard to keep up with them. I hope my fans will enjoy this unique action.
