'I blanked out when my name was announced at the Oscars'

From a small village with no electricity to Los Angeles where he bagged an Oscar award for Sound Mixing, Resul Pookutty has truly come a long way.

Resul has worked in films like Black, Gandhi My Father, Saawariya, Traffic Signal, Dus Kahaniyan and Ghajini but it was Danny Boyle's Slumdog Millionaire that put him on the world map.

Resul talks to Patcy N about winning the Oscar experience.
