"When Babu sir approached me for Josh, I decided to go with a fresh approach," Shivamani said.
"First I conducted a talent hunt. We received 12000 applications and after an extensive round of scrutiny and interviews, we shortlisted around sixty people. Josh will reflect the aspirations of the present day youth, their dreams, their beliefs, their attitudes and their actions," Shivamani concluded.
