What would say about Tarun as a person or first time director?
As a person he is great fun. As a director he is very clear on what he wants on his sets. He is very sensible and I felt very comfortable with him. We had a young crew so the vibe was very positive. Tarun gave me my creative space.
What do you think is the most important factor that makes a good film?
It is a mixture of many things. Music, looks, locales, sets, overall vibe of the film should be interesting. Regarding the sets, it is actually the combined vision of the cameraman, director and the art director. Camera-man Ayananka Bose and I had great co-ordination for Dostana.
What about John and Abhishek?
I wasn't around them much so I wasn't privy to all the fun I heard they had. John is a prankster and so is Abhi.
What are your future plans? Continuing with films or do you want to go into advertising?
Right now I'm working on Ayaan Mukherjee's Wake Up Sid. I am happy with what I am doing but am open to ad films too. Right now I just want to take a break. I haven't even been on my honeymoon yet (laughs).
