Swathi Muthyam (1985)
Swathi Muthyam by K Vishwanath marked another milestone in Kamal Haasan's career.
Radhika played the lead role in this film. Kamal's stellar performance as an autistic person won him the best actor award at the Asian Film Festival. The film was also India's official entry to the Oscars in 1986.
The film was later remade in Hindi as Eshwar with Anil Kapoor and Vijayashanthi.
