Plot: David Hoffman, lieutenant in the European Police, goes back in the line of duty to hunt down a dangerous smuggler suspected of a vile murder. The guy happens to have killed David's wife months before.
His investigation will lead him to a state-of-the-art clinic under the iron grip of Professor Brugen.
About the director: Born in the North of France, Julien Leclercq went into production in 2004 with a self-made short film entitled Transit. Through this short film with the performance of Pierre Richard, Caroline Cellier and Philippe Nahon, he imposed his retro-futuristic universe filled with human and metal beings. Noticed by producer Franck Chorot and Gaumont, this autodidact allotted a budget of 8.7 millions euros to direct his first feature film in 2006, Chrysalis, a story of a police lieutenant, played by Albert Dupontel, who is in search of his wife's murderer in the Paris of 2025.
