This 1992 hit inspired the popular television series of the same name starring Sarah Michelle Gellar as Buffy Summers.

But before Gellar, there was Swanson, the sweet and lovely teenager who's normal life is turned upside down when a mysterious man named Merrick tells her that she is the Slayer of vampires.

She joins forces with her town's outcast (Luke Perry) and together they combat the forces of the old and powerful vampire, Lothos.
