Maayka has her playing a possessive mother who doesn't want to lose her son to her daughter-in-law, Raji. She leaves no stone unturned to insult her son's wife.

Due to circumstances, her son has to care for his sisters-in-law as well. So Durga plans to get one of the sisters marry a 50-year-old man, without the rest of the family's knowledge. But there is a twist on the wedding day.

Aroona is seen decked in heavy saris and jewellery, and is quite fantastic at her job.
