Several prominent film personalities from the Telugu film industry and former Andhra chief minister N Chandrababu Naidu (in the picture) visited Chiranjeevi's home to pay their last respects.
Naidu described Rao as an ideal father who supported Chiranjeevi throughout his career.
The cremation will be held Monday evening.
