Puranmaashi is a novel by Kartar Singh Duggal, from which I have taken an important point and made it into a short film. Starring Amrita Singh and Minnisha Lamba, it is about how a mother and daughter see their life change in one day.

I believe in the films that I make, so whether the film works or not never matters to me, actually. What matters tis how well I have been able to tell my story.
