Bipasha: I'm the queen of multi-starrers

July 24, 2006
Corporate has been an amazing experience for me. People have stopped me on the street and appreciated my work; they have sent me letters. It was genuine appreciation. I still get 50-60 messages daily. Yes, there are people who have ripped the film apart, but that doesn't matter. Everyone has an opinion.

I don't plan things. I am very content at this point, going through a beautiful phase. I know this can't last forever. I don't have set plans, but I don't want to do 8-9 films a year. I did that in the past. I now want to do less work, and work that will interest me. I would rather look after myself, go on holiday and have fun.

Apart from Dhoom 2, I have two films -- one with Abaas-Mastaan, starring Sanjay Dutt and Ajay Devgan, and another with Saif, Fardeen Khan, Anil Kapoor, Mallika Sherawat and Katrina Kaif. I am the queen of multi-starrers these days, and I am enjoying them. It feels nice when you are remembered for even a small part. I love watching multi-starrers. I get bored watching movies with just one hero and heroine.

When I select a movie, I need a good director, producer, character and co-stars. I also go with my instinct. I always think about whether I can watch a film like that, irrespective of whether I am part of it or not. I have also done movies that have been unbearable though. And, if I can't bear them, why would I expect audiences to?
