Rohit Mehra (Hrithik) is a mentally challenged boy who acquires supernatural powers thanks to an extra terrestrial who lands in his backyard!

Though Hrithik wanted to reduce for the role, he could not do so as he was shooting for other movies simultaneously. So he made do with a different haircut and baggy clothes. During the shooting of an action scene, Hrithik pinched a nerve in his neck and needed daily neck massages to keep him going.
