Drishti's award-winning communications suite, DACX Ameyo, automates interactions for communications-centric enterprises such as call centres, financial companies, entertainment businesses, et cetera by increasing productivity and enhancing performance across processes such as telemarketing, customer service, technical support, market research, and collections.
How does this help companies?
The technology platform controls multimedia (voice, chat, SMS, email) interactions and routes customers, prospects, partners and vendors to the right the enterprise users (agents, sales executives etc).
In addition, the technology also helps users manage critical information about entities such as leads, customers and systems, and implement important business strategies that increase process efficiencies, enhance customer experience, improve sales and eventually, positively impact the bottomline and topline of such enterprises.
It has proven to increase operational efficiencies by leaps and bounds for most of our clients. Some of our customers have grown by over 100 per cent within months.
