Of falling property prices and when to buy a house
October 22, 2008
The cold wave in the real estate market has hit cities like Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata, Bangalore, Chennai, Nagpur, Jaipur, Hyderabad, etc. Unaffordable property rates have led to the moribund property market.
Investors have decided not to buy property having dropped the idea for going in for more investments. With property rates stagnating at high levels, the pain the market has yet to go away totally. Even the market for commercial properties has begun to slide alarmingly.
