Moreover, inflation will drop and people will be spending money in a much more disciplined manner.

They will sincerely contamplate before buying something -- be it for office or home.

While on one hand there was wastage of wealth, on the other the rate of poverty increased manifold. This skewed system needs proper balancing.

One must remember that whenever such things happen, the nature ... the cycle changes. But this obviously does not mean that you give opportunities a miss.

Whenever there is a boom, there are opportunities and also more risk of falling because it has reached the saturation point.
