Vayu mudra (Air hand gesture)

Press down your index finger with your thumb so it is at the base of the thumb. Do this for each hand. Use this mudra for meditation or pranayamas for impact. Hold for a few minutes each time for maximum impact. The ideal time includes the vata time in the day -- early mornings or afternoons.

Benefits: Relieves endocrine gland problems. De-stresses, relieves palpitations.
