Lie on your tummy. Place your hands under your chin with your elbows out to the side. Lift your upper body till your chest comes off the floor while you squeeze your lower back. Make sure your feet stay on the floor. Slowly lower. Now keeping your legs straight, lift them off the floor squeezing the back and hips.

Do 16 reps, rest and repeat twice over.
