End your workouts with a few stretches and a couple of minutes of rest and relaxation.
Do bear in mind that your workout will only show good results when you are careful with your food habits. Here are a few tips:
Eat 5 small meals in the day, breakfast being the largest and dinner the smallest.
Have your dinner 3 hours before bedtime.
Cut down all fried, oily and sweet foods.
Increase your intake of proteins for muscle repair and growth (chicken/fish/cheese/lentils/egg white).
Eat plenty of fresh fruit, vegetables, cereals, chicken, fish and nuts.
Tank up on water!
On your wedding day!
Nothing feels and looks better than just having had a workout, so try and pack in even 30 minutes of exercise. Start off with a 10-minute jog to get the circulation going and then pump up your body with the above exercises. Muscles stay flexed for a while after your workout, so make sure you exercise just before getting ready for your event!
