Corn soup

Ingredients:

5 cups of stock
2 eggs, beaten
2 cups corn cream style
2 tablespoons corn flour
1 green onion, finely chopped
2 tablespoons water
1 teaspoon vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
Pinch of pepper

Method:

Bring the stock to boil and add to it the corn cream, salt, vinegar and pepper. Add the corn flour, and lower the flame. Add the beaten eggs. Mix all the ingredients and sprinkle with chopped green onion before serving.

Tip: If your soup turns out too greasy, drop an ice cube in it. The ice will attract the fat, making it easier for you to spoon out.
