This is the worst answer you can give, no matter how true it may be. There are chances your interviewer knows your boss and word can get around.
This is more acceptable and shows your ambition.
While this may be a reason for your quitting, bear in mind that money is not the most important consideration. Instead, saying: 'I was giving 110 per cent, but I felt my efforts were not being recognised', might reflect less negatively on you.
