True, that's why most of us are looking for, but this doesn't really make sense to advertise. Instead try a goal that is related to your professional profile -- a more senior position or your own company maybe.
While this does show ambition, it might be perceived that you are just applying for the job to cool your heels until daddy provides the seed capital. So while this might be your goal, do mention that you consider the company one of the best places to learn and grow professionally.
This shows ambition and your desire to grow at the company and not independently. Also try and add a few ideas about how you can improve the department's performance.
