Tummy Tightener

This exercise will help your abdominals to tone up and release back ache.

Lie on your back with knees bent and feet flat on the floor. Squeeze your abdominal muscles and push your belly button down towards the spine, flattening out the back. Hold for a couple of seconds, then release.

Do 10-12 reps.
