Arm Raises

April 24, 2008
This exercise is great for releasing tension in the chest, shoulder and upper back.

Stand with your arms out at shoulder level with the palms facing up. Raise the arms overhead, link your fingers and pull upwards, feeling your upper body stretch. Hold for a couple of seconds then lower them back to shoulder height.

Do 10 reps.
