Yastikasana (Stick pose)
Lie on your back. Inhale, raising hands overhead, placing them together in a namaste gesture. Simultaneously stretch legs fully, toes pointing down and front to deepen the stretch. Continue breathing.
Then deliberately hold your breath for four counts (avoid in case of heart problems), deepen the stretch before releasing it. Relax. Repeat three times.
