Beauty beyond words

We packed some eatables and started our trek at 10.30 am. The initial walk was not very tough, though the path was rocky and a bit slippery.

The view was fascinating. I kept taking pictures every now and then. Satisha egged me on to walk faster, saying there were more beautiful sights to capture ahead.

Airfare for Rs 599 and less!

We crossed several streams; I lost count of the numbers! Due to the rainy season, the water in some of them was knee-high.

The landscape of the Kudremukh National Park is interspersed with grasslands and shoal forests. We had to run through the forests to keep the leeches away.

Our trek continued through the mind-blowing grasslands and forests. The scenery cannot be described in words. I took as many pictures as I could.
