Exercise ball

Also known as the Swiss ball, it is a great tool for improving your core strength and having fun as you doing so.

You can also use it instead of a bench to work your pectoral (chest) muscles; however, please do this only if you have great co-ordination.

You can work your legs and even relax the tension in your back muscles by just sitting on the ball while watching television or even when you are on the computer. Just bouncing slowly will help relax the spine.

The Swiss ball is available in different sizes -- the smallest one being 65 cm in diameter and the largest being 85 cm. Choose the size according to your height.

Price: Between Rs 650-900.
