Interestingly, the music of Road has not been composed by Ram Gopal Varma regular Sandeep Chowtha.

Instead, Sandesh Shandaliya, who composed some hit tunes for Kabhi Khushie Kabhi Gham (You are my Soniya, Suraj hua madham), does the honours.

One of the highlights of the film is a guest appearance by Gladrags Supermodel (2001) Koyna Mitra in a special song and dance sequence.
