Glenn McGrath is congratulated by team mates after dismissing Bell
The veteran seamer, as has so often been the case during his 124-Test career, shifted the momentum back Australia's way with two wickets in five balls after tea.
After dismissing Pietersen, he had Bell with the first ball of his next over, bowled between bat-and-pad by a delivery that came back off the seam and hit the top of off-stump.
