"We are the underdogs in this race. Level set, ok. We are the underdogs in this race, but this is a people-powered campaign," Vice President Harris said, addressing a group of 800 fundraisers in Pittsfield, Massachusetts.
She is also the first ever Indian American to be nominated as presidential candidate of either the Republican or the Democratic party.
'Never, not even once, has Kamala Harris said that she is Indian American. I know why.' 'From the Indian American community she can get maybe 1% percent votes. But if she says she's African American she gains about 20% votes.'
'I hope that Macho Man agrees to debate her, because I think she will do spectacularly well in the debate.'
