BJP seeks N-E security council to deter anti-India designs

The Bharatiya Janata Party has called for formulation of a 'grand strategy' through formation of 'North East Development Council' and 'North East Security Council' linking with national bodies for tackling burning problems like illegal migration and foreign forces out to destabilise the strategic region.
