Rewarding Ravichandran Ashwin for his stupendous show in the just-concluded Test series against the West Indies, the BCCI, on Monday, decided to bestow the Dilip Sardesai award on the off-spinner.
Shubman Gill was conferred with the Polly Umrigar Best Men's International Cricketer of the Year award for 2022-23.
Ravi Shastri said that it was a touching moment for him to get bestowed with the Col CK Nayudu Lifetime Achievement Award.

The India captain will become the first Indian cricketer to be bestowed with the honour on three occasions.
Indian captain Virat Kohli and spin ace Ravichandran Ashwin were in Wednesday honoured for their phenomenal run of form through the season in the BCCI Awards Night 2017 in Bengaluru.
Ravichandran Ashwin's sense of humour is unmatched and he won a lot of hearts with a moving speech in which he even made up for a faux pas by former India keeper Farookh Engineer.
