Bishada youth Jay Prakash, who was found dead under mysterious circumstances on Tuesday leading to allegations of police harassment, may have consumed poison following a fight with his wife.
Tension spread to nearby areas of Bishada village in Dadri on Monday after meat pieces were found in an adjoining village even as the district magistrate decided to further restrict entry of visitors to the troubled spot and examine statements made by controversial BJP MLA Sangeet Som during his visit to the area.
Several members of the group, 'Hindu Yuva Vahini', tried entering the village but were stopped by the police in view of the prohibitory orders.
Mohammed Sartaj, whose father Iqlakh was beaten to death and his 22-year-old brother Danish critically injured by a 200-strong mob, said the family has moved to Delhi on Tuesday night.

Two youngsters, both aged 18 years, were arrested from their hideout in a locality close to Bishada, the scene of Monday night killing of 50-year-old Mohammed Iqlakh, taking the total number of arrests to eight, police said.
District Magistrate of Gautam Budh Nagar NP Singh has clamped Section 144 CrPC and issued prohibitory orders banning gathering of five or more persons in the district after Bishada villagers in Dadri announced panchayat for Monday and additional security personnel have been deployed in the village, officials said.

A report filed by the police with the district magistrate of Gautam Budh Nagar district recommended filing of first information report against the two leaders and also against Bahujan Samaj Party leader and former Minister Naseemuddin Siddiqui.

The family of Mohammed Akhlaq, who was lynched by a mob in Dadri last year for alleged cow slaughter, on Tuesday said it would move the Allahabad high court against a recent court order directing a police case be filed against them for storing and consuming beef.
Akhlaq was killed by a mob on September 29 last year on the suspicion that his family stored and consumed beef at their home.
