Three months after Bollywood actor Shahrukh Khan was allegedly involved in a brawl at Wankhede stadium with MCA and police officials, the Maharashtra Commission for Protection of Child Rights has issued a notice to Marine Drive police station and a complainant in the case.
The court was hearing a PIL filed by Amit Maru, a resident of Tardeo and Arun Gaikwad from Kurla, alleging violation of legal provisions by the government while increasing the limit of floor space index. The FSI is an indicator of the amount of construction that is allowed on a particular plot. Higher FSI allows more number of floors.
