Third seeds Leander Paes and Andre Begemann secured a close 4-6,6-4,10-8 win over Oleksandr Nedovyesov of Kazakhstan and Denys Molchanov of Ukraine to enter the semifinals of the doubles event at the ninth edition of the Tashkent ATP Challenger at the Olympic Tennis School in Tashkent. Paes and Begemann came back from being 2-4 down in the Match tiebreak to wrap the issue after Leander's splendid court craft to level scores.
India's campaign ended at the $125000 Tashkent ATP Challenger after Davis Cuppers, Yuki Bhambri, Vishnu Vardhan and Sanam Singh got beaten in their respective first round matches.
